Through finanziation of the project of Mãe Madalena, Marciana is studying to become a pre-school teacher. As soon as she has graduated this year (2018) she will take a leading role for the educational team of the school.

DONA ROSA
Chief of the neighbourhood Txumene

Dona Rosa is the head chief of the whole neighbourhood of Txumene and is an important supporter in the development and existence of Mãe Madalena.
Dona Rosa is also the leader of the local OMM (Organization of the Mozambican Women) in Txcumene.

NANDO VALOI​
Founder of Mãe Madalena
Nando is the founder and the drive power behind this whole project. He will be a mentor to all of the staff and ensure the quality of the school and cultural center. Nando handles all the high level organizational and strategic plans and holds the over all responsability of Mãe Madalena.
DANUCHA VALOI

Danucha will be responsible of the overall administation and economy of Mãe Madalena and will ensure that he day-to-day operations are running smoothly and according to plan.

Enoque is active in the environmental party in Mozambique and runs his own pre-school in another neighbourhood. He has been and is a strong and important supporter of this project giving advise and a helping hand whenever needed.
